About
Set in two vast pavilions, the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology is one of the most impressive, yet under-rated museums in Nagoya, if not Japan. An amazing collection of textile and spinning machines (90 is all) represents the changes and advances through the 19th and 20th centuries. Move on through into the Automobile Pavilion and enjoy a truely informative history lesson. The history of Toyota is presented to you before you find yourself in the main pavillion where machines are still working and have a demonstation button allowing you to see them in motion. Everything in the museum has English explanations too.
